After 7 years in my amazing studio in downtown Ashland…. I am moving! This has been such a bittersweet decision, having made so many incredible memories and photographed so many beautiful humans in that space… but I am ready to further grow my business and create many MORE opportunities for my own clients, as well as my fellow photographers. The new space is still very much a work-in-progress, but I promise it is going to be amazing and peaceful, and carefully designed, with purpose and attention to all the details. I will try to keep you guys up to date with any exciting updates as they come along!

During this transition period, I am still shooting! We have our serene farm in Doswell available for use to my clients, but I also love to travel and photograph different scenery as well, so let me know if you have a particular vision in mind for your session! I am available as your photographer for all around the Richmond, VA area, and open to discussion to travel anywhere.

We had an amazing time exploring a new area in RVA for an action-packed photoshoot! This beautiful couple wanted to celebrate and commemorate their recent engagement with a portrait session that was entirely THEM (which, as a photographer and creative, this gets me very excited!). They love taking their jet skis out together, so once we captured some sweet candids and formal portraits, we headed out onto the water to play. The light was incredible, the laughs were plentiful, and we had an amazing time enjoying the sunset on the water.

What’s the best part of photographing a session on the farm? The abundance of variety in both scenery, lighting, and the versatility that are available on any given day! The super cute and hilarious animals are a major perk for me too 😜 This senior photoshoot perfectly showcased some of my favorite features on the farm, and I absolutely loved that he incorporated his truck and his grandfather’s saddle to personalize his session. Such a fun shoot!
